The Blackheath Area Mens Shed is affiliated with The Australian Mans Shed Association (AMSA). It is a self governing organisation, registered as an incorporated association, with the NSW Department of Fair Trading.
It is goverened in accordance with a Constitution, a copy of which can be viewed by clicking the image below.
The Management of the shed on a day today basis, is by an elected Board of Management, with General meetings held on a regular basis.
